As owner of the team Phil Dixon knew that to be successful he needed to assemble a team of professionals experienced in the racing and the technology required to win. Phil Dixon Winner in 2005 and 2006, and runner-up in the 2007 Australian V8 Superboat Jetsprint Championships in the Superboat class, and second in the 2006 International Jetsprint Championship, Phil is also the owner of the True Blue Racing Team and is an extremely competitive character in the world of Jetsprinting. Driving for over six years, he has continually strived to improve his boat and team every year with the goal of being consistently amongst the best Jetsprint teams in the world. In Phil's spare time, the Melbourne based driver runs Logistics and Marina operations.
